I designed the employee information booklets for the Maternity & Paternity Buddy Programs at Fidelity International. The purpose of these programs is for expectant parents to gain support and information from other Fidelity parents in the build up to the birth and after the birth of their children. The design of the booklets complemented the look and feel of Fidelity’s other literature but I used the brand’s secondary colours and fun engaging photography to set them apart. Photography was carefully chosen across both booklets as the diversity and inclusion program is very important in Fidelity. Photography same sex couples and people from different racial backgrounds were used.
